What we can help fix
Most issues show themselves clearly. Some are simple to solve. Others need a closer look. Either way, we've seen it before and are on hand to help you fix any issue you have with our systems.
Battery charging
Battery not charging from solar, alternator, or hook-up. We'll check connections, settings, and component health to get power flowing again.
Solar performance
Solar panels producing less than expected. We review panel angle, shading, wiring, and controller settings to restore output.
Inverter issues
Inverter cutting out under load or shutting down unexpectedly. We diagnose overload conditions, thermal issues, and configuration problems.

Third-party work
We can't warrant or repair systems installed by other companies. But we can often advise on how to get the best from them.
Accident damage
Damage from impacts, water ingress, or physical damage isn't covered. Insurance or the responsible party should handle these claims.
Vehicle mechanics
Engine faults, transmission issues, or chassis problems sit with your vehicle mechanic, not us.
Habitation faults
Plumbing leaks, gas issues, or structural problems need specialist habitation engineers or your vehicle manufacturer.
